Simple examples
If two qualifying services are purchased as part of the same initial sign-up, the referral reward is based on the highest-priced qualifying service only. The prices are not added together.
- The offer is for genuine new PurposeBuilt clients who have not previously purchased a paid PurposeBuilt Coaching service. A previous free consultation or taster does not by itself prevent eligibility.
- Qualifying services currently include qualifying Small Group Coaching Class Passes and Hybrid Coaching packages/payments only.
- The referred client must provide the existing client's full name before completing their first qualifying purchase. Referral claims cannot be added retrospectively.
- Only one existing client may be linked to each new client. The first eligible referrer declared by the new client is treated as the referrer.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fabricated referrals are not eligible.
- The referred client receives 15% off their first qualifying purchase.
- Small Group Coaching voucher: eligible referred clients purchasing a qualifying Class Pass should enter PBSTRENGTH15 in the voucher field at checkout. Use of the code does not override the referral eligibility requirements in these Terms & Conditions.
- The referrer earns a fixed £ referral credit equal to 15% of the normal full price of the referred client's first qualifying purchase.
- One new client can generate one referral reward only. Later purchases or additional services do not create additional rewards for the same referral.
- If more than one qualifying service is purchased as part of the same initial sign-up, the highest-priced qualifying service only is used to calculate the referral credit.
- Referral credit is issued only once the qualifying payment has cleared and the referred client has attended/completed their first paid class or coaching session.
- For Hybrid Coaching, the free consultation and taster does not count as the first paid session.
- There is no limit to the number of genuine referral credits a client may earn.
- Only one referral credit may be redeemed against any one qualifying purchase/payment. Credits cannot be stacked together.
- Use of referral credit may reduce a qualifying purchase/payment by no more than 15% of that purchase/payment's normal price. Any unused balance remains on that credit until used or expired.
- Where more than one credit is held, the credit with the earliest expiry date is used first.
- Each referral credit expires 12 months from its individual date of issue.
- Referral credit has no cash value, is non-transferable and may only be used towards an eligible PurposeBuilt purchase/payment.
- If the qualifying purchase is later refunded, reversed or charged back, PurposeBuilt Coaching may cancel any associated unused referral credit.
- Referral discounts and credits cannot be combined with another introductory, promotional or discounted offer unless stated otherwise.
- Small Group Coaching Class Pass sessions must be used within 6 weeks of the chosen start date. Unused sessions expire and cannot be carried over.
- PurposeBuilt Coaching may withhold or cancel a referral discount or credit where activity appears duplicated, fraudulent, misleading or inconsistent with the genuine purpose of the offer.
- PurposeBuilt Coaching reserves the right to amend, pause or withdraw the offer. Valid credits already issued will not be retrospectively removed unless fraud, error or misuse is identified.
